After intensive testing on several lines and passenger surveys on the new model, only 86 vehicles were delivered in 1995. The most noticeable changes in the exterior of the prototype were the elimination of the last window on the lower deck on the left side and a new design of the cold air intake grille on the right side. After delivery of the Lion’s City DD series DL09 in 2009, the DN became unnecessary. The last day of operation of the old vehicles was February 12, 2010.
