The main innovation of the 70 SD82s acquired in 1982 is the equipment with a destination display type ANNAX (alphanumeric message and display system with X possibilities). The character representation takes place in these vehicles with bistable grid tiles with gray font color. Initially, these displays were controlled via a special control panel above the windscreen; In the late 1980s, this feature was integrated into the newly introduced IBIS device. Five vehicles of this series were equipped for the first time with a left-side display for the line number.
