The Scania Citywide is the current standard city bus offered by Scania - under the hood of the VW-Group. Since 2011 the Citywide supersedes its predecessors the OmniLink and OmniCity.

This bus here is modelled after the BioEthanol RED95 fuel version. The RED95 fuel is made by ST1 from organic waste sourced out from landfills.
Normal Scania door control is used instead of past time BVG door release type automatic doors. However there is automatic door controls on the third door even though it can be activated manually.
The function is operated on a separate button.
Also it is powered by a ZF gearbox, unlikely to BVG as well as Scania does not offer the Citywide with a Voith gearbox.
